CAMPAIGN TO REPEAL THE 1986 NATIONAL VACCINE INJURY COMPENSATION ACT

We will deliver to the U.S. House and Senate based on your street address.
In 1986, after a four-year campaign by the pharmaceutical industry, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. (https://www.congress.gov/bill/99th-congress/house-bill/5546) It gave liability protection to vaccine makers, medical professionals, and government agencies – anyone involved in vaccination – for any death or injury that resulted from a vaccine. There is absolutely NO ETHICAL OR CONSTITUTIONAL reason why any industry in America should be protected from damages from their actions. Recently Robert F. Kennedy sent the book How To End the Autism Epidemic by J. B. Handley to lawmakers. If you have not read it, it is your ethical responsibility to do so. We challenge the current liability protection given to vaccine makers, medical professionals, and government agencies. We demand that the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act repeal the following: "Provides that no vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death: (1) resulting from unavoidable side effects; or (2) solely due to the manufacturer's failure to provide direct warnings. Provides that a manufacturer may be held liable where: (1) such manufacturer engaged in the fraudulent or intentional withholding of information; or (2) such manufacturer failed to exercise due care. Permits punitive damages in such civil actions under certain circumstances." Additionally we demand the safety testing be performed and reported as set forth in the document (https://www.congress.gov/bill/99th-congress/house-bill/5546). This travesty must stop and we are expecting your full support as elected officials.
